Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this training for?
Anyone who uses a computer for work. The programme is designed for business professionals, not developers. We cover everything from the basics of AI through to advanced features like Skills, MCP integrations, and building an AI playbook. No technical background required.
What do attendees need to bring?
A laptop with a Claude account (ideally paid). We send a pre-session checklist and help with account setup before the day so everyone is ready to go from minute one.
Do you offer training on ChatGPT or other AI tools?
This programme is focused on Claude. We chose Claude because it produces the best output for business tasks, has the strongest privacy controls, and the features (Projects, Artifacts, Skills) are built for how teams actually work. We also offer broader AI training that covers multiple tools, so get in touch if that is what you need.
Can you customise the training for our industry?
Yes. We tailor examples, exercises, and use cases to your industry and the kind of work your team does. The core modules stay the same, but the context is yours.
What is the difference between Private Onsite and Group Workshops?
Private Onsite training is delivered at your office for your team only, kept to a small group so everyone gets time with the trainer. Group Workshops are open sessions where individuals from different companies attend together. Same content, same trainer, different setting.
How long is the training?
A full day. 8 hours of instructor-led training with live demos, hands-on exercises, and breaks. Enough time to properly cover foundations through to advanced features so your team leaves confident, not overwhelmed.
Do you travel to other cities?
Yes. We deliver onsite training across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, and anywhere else in Australia. Travel costs may apply for locations outside the east coast.
